A former Boston school bus driver was indicted Wednesday by a grand jury in a tragic crash that killed a kindergartener in Hyde Park last April.
Jean Charles, 39, of Brockton, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless motor vehicular homicide and negligent motor vehicle homicide in the crash that killed 5-year-old Lens A. Joseph, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
