An award-winning chef’s hospitality group has opened its newest concept focusing on thin-crust pizzas in one of Boston’s most charming neighborhoods.
Willie’s opened in Beacon Hill on Thursday, March 12. The American Italian–inspired neighborhood restaurant is from BCB3 Hospitality, which is led by James Beard Award–winning chef Jamie Bissonnette.
Willie’s marks BCB3’s fifth restaurant in less than two years. It joins the group’s other concepts Temple Records, Sushi @ Temple Records, ZURiTO and Somaek, which is a Michelin-recommended restaurant that was named the one of the New York Times 50 best restaurants in the United States in 2024…
