Two people have been charged in connection with an assault outside a Boston nightclub in which prosecutors say the suspects used a Jeep to run over three people standing in line.
Darius Boyce, a 45-year-old Saugus man, and Maria Moraes, 25, were charged and released until their respective pre-trial hearings, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
On Feb. 28, three people flagged down a Boston police officer around 2 a.m. and reported a Jeep Wrangler “flew in and tried to hit like 15 people” outside of ICON nightclub, according to prosecutors.
