Charges against a Massachusetts man accused of harassing a local mayor have been withdrawn by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office.
In October, charges were filed against 36-year-old Todd Hogue of Boston for allegedly harassing Slippery Rock Mayor Jondavid Longo and his family online.
