Police observing a school bus on The Great Road and Ashby Road noticed a motor vehicle infraction and issued a citation to the driver. (Flashing red lights on a school bus means drivers must stop in both directions. Drivers may not pass a school bus while the stop sign is up on the bus driver’s side and the lights are flashing.)…
