A longtime staple in Weymouth Landing and a local favorite for tasty margaritas and authentic Mexican cuisine will close its doors for good in early April.
The Adame family, which owns El Sarape, located at 5 Commercial St. in Braintree, announced this week that it will close the restaurant for good April 4 after 37 years.
“We were a Braintree landmark because of our long time customers and we are very cognizant of everyone’s ongoing support,” the restaurant posted on Facebook. “Countless memories have been made with our family, longtime friends and our customers at El Sarape. Memories that will last a lifetime.”…
