A late-night stabbing on Emerson Street in South Boston has detectives asking residents to come forward with any information that might help track down a suspect.
Boston police say the assault and battery with a dangerous weapon was reported at about 10:27 p.m. on March 6 in the area of 126 Emerson St., and the case is currently under review by detectives assigned to District C-6.
According to Newport Dispatch, investigators have not announced any arrests and are asking anyone with information to come forward. Police have classified the incident as an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and are canvassing the neighborhood for witnesses.
