Someone broke into a North Shore seaside mansion and assaulted a person inside before stealing several items, including a vehicle, Saturday morning.
Police in Beverly, Massachusetts, confirm they are currently investigating the armed home invasion and robbery that occurred at a Paine Avenue home. It was called into 911 by a neighbor around 8:50 a.m.
Detectives determined an armed suspect broke into the sprawling residence and assaulted and tied up the only person who was home.
Police haven’t said what was stolen from the house but said the suspect used the stolen vehicle to get away from the scene…
