The first age-restricted condominium community in Braintree is preparing to open its doors to new residents.
The plan for the 51-unit Hawthorn Preserve development at the site of the former St. Thomas More Church was approved by the town’s planning board in April 2025. Nearly a year later, the first phase at 7 Hawthorn Road is coming together.
