A new housing proposal could bring more apartments to Fort Point.
According to Universal Hub, a developer is planning to convert two office buildings at 320 Summer Street, near A Street, into 145 residential units with ground-floor retail.
The project would fall under the cityβs office-to-residential conversion program, which encourages turning underused office space into housing. As part of the plan, at least 25 of the units would be set aside for income-restricted renters earning up to 60% of the area median income.
