3 arrested for hitting victims with bear spray, rock, gun during Boston armed robbery

Three people were arrested after assaulting victims with bear spray, a rock and a gun during an armed robbery in Boston on Wednesday afternoon.

Sebastian Fecu, 23, of Dorchester, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; Natalya Moore, 18, of Dorchester, was charged with three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and one count of armed robbery; and Delroy Beckford, 33, of Boston, was arrested on three active warrants for drug offenses, motor vehicle violations and assault and battery charges.

The charges stem from an incident around 2 p.m. Wednesday, where Boston police responded to a report of an armed robbery on Topliff Street in Dorchester. Police were told the victims were dropping off items at the address when they were assaulted by multiple people…
