BOSTON – Starting April 20, 2026, the outbound Kendall/MIT headhouse will be open for service.
The outbound head house was recently renovated with a new glass enclosure, staircase, elevator, and an additional accessible glass elevator, says the MBTA. The rest of the station also remains completely accessible for passengers, while the final phase of headhouse renovation is in effect until its completion in early June.
