NORWWICH, Conn. (WFSB) – A man from Massachusetts was identified as the victim of a deadly crash on Interstate 395 in Norwich last week.
State police said 78-year-old Jacques Bertheau of Brockton, MA was behind the wheel of a Nissan Xterra that crashed just south of exit 18 on I-395 north.
The crash happened on April 21. It closed the highway down in both directions…
