An Orleans District Court judge is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday at Brighton Municipal Court, according to court records.
Robert A. Welsh III faces a misdemeanor count of assault and battery on a household or family member and a felony charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The alleged assault is listed as occurring in Sandwich on Jan. 31.
