Six people were taken to a hospital after a crash at Firestone Boulevard and East Interstate 25 Frontage Road in Firestone on Wednesday afternoon.
A white pickup truck and a truck appeared to have been involved in the crash, according to a photo posted to the agency’s Facebook. Summer Campos, a spokesperson for the department, did not know the extent of the people’s injuries.
The department asked people to avoid the area and said there would be road closures while firefighters were on scene. The post did not say which roads would be closed…
