A fugitive from Colorado wanted for strangulation has been arrested in Searcy County. Fifty-eight-year-old Matthew Gill Gosvener of Allenspark was arrested May 15 and is awaiting extradition back to Colorado. The petition for waiver of extradition was filed with the court June 24.
