Sandomi location at Edgewater Public Market in Colorado is owned by Christine Ludwick, who also owns Dumpling Spot, Dumpling Kitchen, Toki Ramen and Sushi, and Yu’s Noodle Shop. The restaurant specializes in grab-and-go meals featuring Japanese and Vietnamese-inspired street food.

The name “Sandomi” combines “sando,” the Japanese word for sandwich, with “bánh mì,” the Vietnamese sandwich. The name reflects the restaurant’s blend of Japanese and Vietnamese influences.

“We wanted to bring some of our favorite Asian street foods to Edgewater,” said owner Christine Ludwick, who also owns Dumpling Spot inside Edgewater Public Market, Dumpling Kitchen in Sunnyside, Toki Ramen and Sushi in Denver, and Yu’s Noodle Shop in Lone Tree. “These are the kinds of meals people eat every day across Asia, and we’re excited to share them with our neighbors in a way that’s fresh, fast, and approachable.”…
