BERTHOUD — The final round of The Blue Championship was pretty special for Justin Biwer.
The former CU Buffs star fired a course-record-tying 63 to vault up the leaderboard and finish in a tie for fifth at the Korn Ferry event.
“I’ve played here a bunch and I’ve shot some good rounds, but I’ve never shot 63 before,” Biwer said after his Sunday round at TPC Colorado in Berthoud. “That felt really good. I felt good from the start. Really calm all day and I played a super solid back nine to shoot 6 under par there. Everything was clicking all day.”…
