BOULDER (KDVR) — Friends are remembering 85-year-old Ralph Derose after he was hit and killed by a car while riding his bicycle on Highway 119 in Boulder County.
At 85 years old, friends say Derose was an active man. His friends describe him as someone who could fix almost anything. He had several black belts in martial arts and was an active member of Boulder’s senior cycling community.
Kevin Keilbach, a friend of Derose for 30 years, said recent rides do not feel the same without him.
