Spending a Saturday afternoon drinking beer in an alley while drawing on a wall might raise a few eyebrows at the very least, or, at the very most, land you in the clink.
On Sept. 19, however, guests can drink beer in this Longmont alleyway and doodle all over a wall — it will count as attending an art fair.
