DENVER (KDVR) — The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued an endangered missing person alert for a 24-year-old woman reportedly last seen in Boulder on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the alert, Kylie Rucker is a 5-foot-2, 90-pound white woman with brown hair and eyes, last seen around 3:45 p.m. near the 1400 block of Pine Street in Boulder.

Officials believe she is with a 35-year-old named Julio Cardona III, a 5-foot-9, 135-pound white man with brown hair and hazel eyes, as well as their 8-day-old baby, Julio. The alert did not specify if it was also concerning the baby, but that Cardona III is a suspect.
The alert added that they were associated with a 2018 grey Subaru Forester with Colorado license plate No. CYM-261, which was reportedly last seen traveling southbound near Interstate 25 and Skyridge Avenue in Lone Tree at 12:25 p.m. on Wednesday.
