Alcorn Construction, Silver Point Development and Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners have broken ground on AirPark 36, a 122,000-square-foot industrial building in Broomfield.
The project is being developed on 7.92 acres at 10355 W. 120th Ave., near U.S. 36 and Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. It is intended for advanced manufacturing, aerospace, logistics and research companies operating between Denver and Boulder.
Plans call for 28-foot clear heights, 20 dock-high doors, six drive-in doors and up to 6,000 amps of power. The building can accommodate one or more tenants in spaces ranging from 20,000 to 122,000 square feet…
