Broomfield Days main stage slated to welcome Front Range musician Wrenn Van

Front Range musician Wrenn Van is set to perform at Broomfield Days and show off her R&B-inspired pop tunes for the crowd at what the city calls its biggest event of the year.

Although the Broomfield Days crowd is sure to be large, Van said she’s no stranger to live performances, having gotten her start in the coffee shops and restaurants of the Lafayette area, playing for tips with her friend, and now keyboardist, Ian Arras. Her roots in playing shows regularly got her comfortable with performing in front of a crowd, she said, and she still enjoys live performances.

“I really love the improvisation aspect of (live shows), and sometimes you just get a really special crowd and it gives me so much life and energy,” Van said, adding that seeing people dance and have fun means the joy is going both ways…
