A unionized Starbucks in Lafayette closed last week as part of a widespread shuttering of 250 locations in North America.
The coffeehouse, a converted bank building at U.S 287 and South Boulder Road, was notably large for the brand, with four customer bathrooms, ample seating and a drive-thru.
