A longtime dream has become a reality for a Lafayette couple who opened Pegasus Coffeehouse this month with hopes of creating a new community gathering place.
The shop at 1280 Centaur Village Drive takes over the former MeCo Coffee Collective, in a lofty space within walking distance of Centaurus High School and Waneka Lake.
Marc Gacy and Sonja Toutenhoofd opened Pegasus a couple weeks ago and plan to move beyond a “soft opening” phase in the coming weeks as they get their bearings…
