Milk donations needed to support fragile babies at Colorado hospitals

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – If you are a lactating person with more milk than your baby needs, Colorado hospitals are asking for your help. 11 News spoke with Mothers’ Milk Bank (MMB), which collects, processes, analyzes and provides pasteurized donor human milk to babies across the country. MMB reports the need for human donor milk is on the rise, with 10% more milk being requested at hospitals year over year.
