Fans Are Divided Over Jamal Murray’s Postgame Behavior After Nuggets Loss

The Denver Nuggets have their backs against the wall. They may be the defending NBA champions, but it hasn’t looked like they’re ready to go back-to-back. Denver has struggled mightily in the second round, down 0-2 to the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Jamal Murray and the Nuggets were dominated at home in Game 2. They scored just 80 points on the night, facing a 20-plus point deficit for much of the matchup.

Murray was in the spotlight for throwing a heating pad at the court and continued to social media despair following the game when he declined his press conference, per Dave McMenamin on X.

He would have been obligated to go to the presser, but Murray may have thought he’s adding fire to the burn if he had a microphone.
