A little over 45 years ago, Chicago native, Dan Polovin, noticed a void in Colorado that desperately needed to be filled – authentic, Chicago-style hot dogs. After moving to the Centennial State, Polovin met many other Chicago transplants who were also missing and craving these mouthwatering hot dogs from back home.
