DENVER – Walgreens is already looking ahead to the holiday season. The retailer announced Monday its plans for the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays. Walgreens said it will close most of its stores on Thanksgiving on Thursday, Nov. 28. However, the company said 24-hour Walgreens locations will remain open to meet patient healthcare needs.
