WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (KKTV) – A man who allegedly tried “swimming” away from police in Colorado was captured at gunpoint recently. The Wheat Ridge Police Department shared details of the arrest with the public on social media this week. The arrest happened on Sept. 12 when officers were called to an address in the 9200 block of W. 48th Avenue on a tip about a man there with warrants.
