North Boulder’s Wonderland Lake neighborhood is unique in more ways than one. Nestled against the foothills near the northern city limits, the residential area sits adjacent to open space and the 34-acre Wonderland Lake Park nature reserve. There are hiking trails, picnic areas and ample photogenic spots. Many of the properties there also lack clear borders and are not fenced in.
