The Denver Clerk and Recorder’s office has promptly mailed 443,183 ballots to active registered voters, with the expectation that recipients will begin to receive them starting as early as tomorrow. Given the closure of the United States Postal Service on Monday for Indigenous People’s Day, the ballots were dispatched just before the weekend.
