Deion Sanders Posts 2-Word Message Ahead of Kansas State Clash

Colorado head coach Deion Sanders posted a simple but powerful two-word message ahead of his team’s matchup against No. 18 Kansas State.

Sanders has led Colorado to a surprising 4-1 start. The Buffaloes are coming out of a bye week but are looking to maintain the momentum from a massive 48-21 victory against UCF. Colorado entered that game as a 12.5-point underdog.

Sanders delivered a message for the Colorado faithful and his players via social media . He held up a card that simply said, “I BELIEVE.”

Coach Sanders has consistently embraced this slogan throughout his head coaching career, from Jackson State to now at Colorado. While the Buffaloes still face their share of skeptics, they’ve already won over many, turning doubters into “believers” that they can truly compete on the college football stage.

Noted college football analyst Paul Finebaum has often criticized Sanders and his program but even he is starting to come around.

“I am ‘Paul In’ and for the first time since Prime got there two years ago, I think this is a legitimate football team,” Finebaum said on SportsCenter after Colorado’s win against UCF. “It’s not about hype, it’s not about the stars, it’s about a football team that was the most impressive school to me of all yesterday, and I know that includes Alabama. But this team went on the road to a tough place, a big underdog, and they dominated, and they did it effectively.”
