The buzz is starting to circulate regarding Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders. His name has popped up in the Dallas Cowboys rumors, and Mike McCarthy’s seat is getting hotter .
Adam Schefter also revealed some teams who could hire Deion Sanders and draft his son, Shedeur, as a package deal, so the Deion Sanders-NFL discussion has picked up.
However, Sanders said, “I love it where I am,” regarding the rumblings , which could insist he wants to stay in Boulder.
On Friday, Cam Newton and Stephen A. Smith discussed the Sanders-Cowboys rumors during an episode of “First Take.”
Newton was asked if Sanders in Dallas be a good fit.
“No, I do not think it will be a good look,” Newton said. “What is a good look, I do believe, for Prime, is Florida State. University. It makes the most sense.”
“Not only would you have more time to build a foundation, you have more resources than respectfully Colorado,” Newton continued. “I don’t think he would have the same time frame in Dallas.”
