CU graduating class boasts record number of degrees conferred

DENVER (KDVR) — The class of 2025 at the University of Colorado Boulder will go down in history as a record breaker.

On May 8, at the CU Boulder commencement at Folsom Field, the school presented the highest number of degrees conferred for a graduating class.

Community holding vigil, raising funds for teacher killed in Weld County crash

A total of 10,138 degrees were earned by 9,934 graduating students.

Those students were joined by over 30,000 families and friends in the stands, and chief among them was CU superfan, 100-year-old Peggy Coppom. It was also a big day for her as she was recognized for her lifetime of loyalty and dedication to CU and was awarded the Chancellor’s Impact Award…
