ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Colorado man is in jail after Altoona police said he crashed into a Dollar General and then tried to run away on foot.
Albino Villa Lopez, 31, of Thornton, Colorado, was jailed Tuesday morning after allegedly driving into and damaging the Dollar General on Lloyd Street Monday night.
