BRIGHTON, Colo (KDVR) – A family who has waited five years for justice in a brutal killing of their mother will now have to wait even longer.
Lonny McNair is accused of attacking 51-year-old Bonnie Skinner to death, and injuring four more people in August 2020. The case has yet to go to trial as a judge ruled McNair incompetent, unable to stand trial.

McNair is being held at the state hospital in Pueblo.
He appeared virtually on Tuesday morning for a review hearing, but the judge said the hospital did not submit his competency evaluation as expected.
