A 28-year-old Denver, Colorado man is facing felony charges in Laramie County after allegedly conspiring to commit theft.

According to a booking sheet, on Thursday, Aug. 28, Mendez Yeimer-Alejandro was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center on a warrant for felony theft and conspiracy, both crimes punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
It’s alleged that on Dec. 28, 2024, Yeimer-Alejandro conspired with two others to commit theft and stole more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Target in Cheyenne.
Initial Court Appearance
On Friday, Aug. 29, Yeimer-Alejandro was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Sean C. Chambers on the charges.
