BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. — Dozens of Marshall Fire survivors received what appeared to be a settlement offer from Xcel Energy this week, but the settlement never existed.
Schack Law Group, out of San Diego, sent more than 50 Marshall Fire survivors an email with a four-page “Notice of Global Settlement Offer” regarding “Marshall Fire Litigation.”
