A 47-year-old Fort Lupton, Colorado man is facing a felony charge in Laramie County after allegedly stealing a firearm.
Felony Warrant
According to a booking sheet, on Thursday, Sept. 18, Ramon Isabel Ramirez was brought into the Laramie County Detention Center on a warrant for felony theft, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
The theft is alleged to have occurred on March 23 in Laramie County.
Initial Court Appearance
The following afternoon, Sept. 19, Ramirez was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Sean C. Chambers on the charge.
