DENVER (KDVR) — Two Colorado agencies worked together Tuesday to extricate a person from a vehicle located in the waters of Clear Creek, right off U.S. 6.
The Golden Fire Rescue said its crews in collaboration with Arvada Fire, worked to extricate a person from Clear Creek after receiving a report of a vehicle in the water, located in Clear Creek Canyon just off U.S. 6.

At around 3:53 a.m., multiple crews responded and when they arrived on the scene, they found a vehicle in the water with a person trapped inside.
The agency said crews sent a recon team over the edge of the creek to make contact and worked to extricate the person.
Ultimately, the agencies used an uphaul system to hoist the person out of the creek, who was then transported to a hospital with serious injuries, according to the agency…
