DENVER (KDVR) — Police in Boulder arrested a suspect in a vehicle theft case who they recognized from a previous recent case on Monday.
The Boulder Police Department said someone had reported his car stolen Monday morning, and shortly after, officers were notified that the license plate was spotted by a Flock camera at another spot in Boulder.
