Prosecutors with the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office filed charges against a man Wednesday for a July bus crash that killed one and injured 10.
Kwame Adjei-Broni, 68, faces charges of carless driving resulting in death, six counts of careless driving resulting in serious bodily injury and failure to yield to a right of way / left turn, according to a Wednesday news release from the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
Adjei-Broni was driving a shuttle bus at the intersection of Tower Road and East 81st Avenue on July 12 when he collided with a pickup truck, according to the release. Commerce City Police said that the bus turned left in front of the truck, which had the right of way, according to 9News…
