DENVER — A 53-year-old Westminster man was convicted on Monday of shooting and killing a 23-year-old woman in June 2024.
Ernest Cunningham was convicted of second-degree murder and faces up to 48 years in prison for killing Kelsey Roberts at her apartment on South Dexter Street near East Kentucky Avenue.
