In recent weeks, the teams have chased after escaped ponies, provided aid to a distressed deer, and recovered a vehicle from a reservoir, the latter undoubtedly a tricky and dangerous endeavor. Their Communications Center has been an essential hub for keeping first responders connected and informed, running the behind-the-scenes show that allows their counterparts in the field to operate effectively.
