FORT LUPTON, Colo. — The state of Colorado has seized a Fort Lupton car dealership after investigators found dozens of vehicles were sold without proper titles, leaving customers unable to register or legally drive the cars they purchased.
The Colorado Department of Revenue seized Off-Road Automotive in September following an investigation that found the dealership did not have titles for 48 of the 52 vehicles it sold between Dec. 4, 2024, and Aug. 13, 2025.
