GOLDEN, Colo. — A man accused of trafficking women in metro Denver pleaded guilty to a pimping charge and was sentenced to prison on Tuesday.
Cortez D’Angelo Dennis, 32, pleaded guilty in Jefferson County Court to one felony count of pimping, according to court records. The human trafficking charge was dismissed as part of a plea agreement. He was sentenced to six years in the Department of Corrections.
Dennis was arrested last September on charges of human trafficking for sexual servitude and pimping. Investigators believed Dennis was trafficking women from locations across the Denver metro area, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office…
