Ever since Postino WineCafe opened their doors in Boulder, I knew I would become a regular. A carefully curated space for yummy bites, a memorable pour, and lingering conversation, this place quickly earned its place as a Boulder staple. It has become one of my go-to spots, especially this February with their Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu.
After the opening of the Postino Boulder location, I had waited patiently for months to gather with friends for their board and bottle deal (since I was a year shy of joining in). Twenty-five bucks for a bruschetta board and a quality bottle of wine? It became a little fantasy of mine. Finally, the night of my 21st birthday arrived, and there was nowhere else I would have rather celebrated than Postino.
