Renting out a Boulder home for Sundance? Here’s your guide

For some Boulder County residents, renting out their home for the 10 days of the Sundance Film Festival means they can potentially earn a few hundred dollars to more than $1,500 per night.

It also should help meet the high demand for housing associated with potentially 90,000 people — including one third from out-of-state — who are expected to descend upon Boulder during Sundance from Jan. 21 to Jan. 31, while reducing climate and traffic impacts.
