A juvenile is facing charges after swatting calls targeted the University of Colorado Boulder’s Norlin Library and other universities and institutions in August.
The U.S. attorney for eastern Pennsylvania announced in a news release Thursday that charges have been filed against the juvenile by the U.S. Department of Justice.
